• The video must clearly show:
  • The unopened package from all sides
  • The process of opening the package
  • The product received inside
  • Any visible damage or wrong item received

Without a proper opening video, no claims will be entertained.

3. Process for Replacement

• Wrong Crystal Bracelet: After verifying the video evidence, if the wrong item is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
• Correct Product, No Issue: No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the correct item is delivered in perfect condition.

4. Process for Refund

• Damaged Product: Upon successful verification of the unboxing video, if the product is found to be genuinely damaged, a full refund will be processed.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–9 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• Damages reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Change of mind after purchase
• Natural variations in crystals (color, pattern, inclusions) as these are normal and part of their beauty
